Wooing The Superdelegates

Hillary Clinton was spending time at the Democratic National Committee trying to drum up support from uncommitted superdelegates.

Yet even while she's trying to get them on her side, her opponent, Barack Obama, is doing the same thing. And according to The Politico, Obama is picking up more than Clinton.

Superdelegates who had thought they could stand stoically on neutral ground felt new pressure from Obama surrogates, who hoped that a cascade of endorsements would create the aura of a presumptive nominee.
